Although Fairforest Elementary School has just moved to our beautiful new building on Mt. Zion Road, the feeling inside is still of "the Little Red Schoolhouse" where we are a big happy family. Excitement on the faces of the children, caring smiles of teachers and staff, and the jauntiness of our mascot, Feathers the Falcon all attest to this fact.
Our new building was designed to be reminiscent of the beloved previous one with its welcoming front entrance and the light and airy cupola at the center of the front hall crossing. State-of-the-art technology in each room inspires and encourages enjoyment of learning. Large windows and a boldly colored wall in each classroom adds to the feeling of self-confidence and well-being. The building boasts a large art room with a kiln, a spacious music room, a huge gymnasium, and an elegant 500-seat auditorium. Come visit us!
